Jon Kontopos is the founder of Sygnal Technologies and a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling high-growth businesses in healthcare, technology, and service industries. Jon established Sygnal with a clear vision — to transform the aged care and NDIS sectors through intelligent, fully integrated digital platforms that enhance compliance, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately deliver better care outcomes.

Drawing on his background as the founder and former owner of the Caring Group, which he grew into one of Australia’s most recognized home care providers before a successful exit, Jon brings deep industry insight and a proven ability to execute at scale. His leadership style blends strategic vision with a hands-on approach, ensuring Sygnal’s solutions are not only technologically advanced but also grounded in the real-world needs of providers, support workers, and clients.

Shrey Razdan

Shrey Razdan is an accomplished product leader with over 15 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions across aged care, NDIS, logistics, and digital marketplaces.

As Chief Product Officer at Sygnal Technologies, Shrey leads the vision, strategy, and execution of workforce and rostering platforms that empower aged care and disability providers. His work ensures compliance with complex regulatory frameworks while enabling seamless integration with payroll, billing, and enterprise systems.

With a proven ability to align product strategy to big-picture business goals, Shrey has successfully delivered large-scale implementations, designed multi-entity system architectures, and positioned Sygnal ahead of major sector reforms. His leadership combines deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a relentless focus on operational efficiency and user experience.

Prior to Sygnal, Shrey held senior product management roles at Saksoft, MercuryGate, Frontsteps, Spot Inc, and Dailyhunt, launching and scaling products that served millions of users and processed millions of transactions daily. His portfolio includes proprietary logistics solutions, global control towers, and high-traffic consumer platforms in mobile apps, classifieds, and value-added services.

Shrey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications and is SAFe® POPM certified. He thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and scalable products that make a real-world impact.
